Increased security at system login

The increased security for public computers option is designed for users who login from libraries, schools or net bars. Selecting this will expire the pages in the browser's cache as you exit the account. This means other users of the public computer cannot see the pages you visited once you quit.
Note: because the pages are not cached to your local disk drive, you may find a slower performance after you choose this option.

View mail contents in other languages

When viewing mails in other languages, garbled messages may appear. To solve this, you can change the encoding in Internet Explorer.
Method: right click on the page, choose "encoding" from the popup menu and select the appropriate language.

Report Spam

We will improve the filter function based on your reports of junk mail. The reported junk mail may also be submitted to a third party for a counterattack of junkmail.

Compose mail in HTML format

If your web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows 5.0 or above, you may activate the "compose mail in HTML format" option in "personal settings", with which you may change fonts, font sizes and colors, choose bold, underlined or personalized style for your email.

Quick address list

Quick address list helps you enter your email addresses in the easiest way.

Communication Group

You may compile frequently used email addresses into communication groups. When you enter the name of the specific group, your mails will be sent to all members within it.

Upload Attach File

1. Append attachment: press "Browse" and select the attachment, then press "Upload" and it will be uploaded. The larger the attachment, the longer time it will take. Please be patient. Note: size of single attachment should not exceed 4M.

2. Delete attachment: select attachment, then press "Delete".

Storage Folder

1. You may upload files or extract mail attachments and save them in the network storage area. When sending mails, you may add files from the network storage to the outgoing mails.

2. The storage folder is part of your mailbox storage space, so please be cautious of the amount of data stored.

3. When you delete the storage folder, first of all, move or delete the mails in this folder, or the folder can not be deleted.

4. You may share your storage folder either as password protected or not.

Sending System Mail (this function is only available to system administrator)

When selected, mails sent from the administrator will be sharply marked when viewed by internal users through WebMail.

Personal Folder Management

1. While creating new folder, the account can be digit or symbol, and the folder support long-name. But please don't use some reserved keywords of system(e.g. in,out).

2. When you delete the folder, first of all, move or delete the mails in this folder, or the folder can not be deleted.

3. You may share your personal mail folder either as password protected or not for other internal users to access your information.

Read Confirmation

By choosing this function, when you finish writting a mail to the user who is in the system, and after he reading the mail, the system will send a return receipt to you automatically. Notice: This function is only available for teh user of the system.

Mail Transfer

Mail Transfer means delivering the intact mail to another specified mailbox.


Our system can help you find the mail according to time or other conditions.

1. In subject(Send address, Sender) finding, you can use wildcard character.
*: Optional length character string
?: A character

2. In date finding, pay attention to merely look for the mails received today before on default mode.

Folder Sharing Setting (sharing personal mailbox to other users)

You may use this to share your personal mailbox to other users (allow them to read the content of your mailbox).
There are three sharing modes:
1. Not shared: this personal mailbox is not shared to other users.
2. Shared with password: this personal mailbox is shared, but requires a password for the content to be viewed.
3. Shared without password: this personal mailbox is shared, and does not requires a password for the content to be viewed.

Allow system display: when selected, the personal mailbox will be added to the "system shared folder" list (which may be displayed by clicking the shared folders" on the left). All users can see that you have shared a personal mailbox in this list.

Password setting: if you just want to modify the sharing mode, display mode or specific user shared to without changing the password, simply do not enter the password.

Share directly to specified user: you may share your personal mailbox directly to other users within the system (Note: we suggest setting the sharing mode to password protected. If you share the mailbox without password protection, users other than you specified may also see the content in your mailbox).

Add shared folders of other users to favorite

You may use this to add other users' shared folders to your favorite shared folders list (displayed in the above "favorite shared folders").

There are two ways of adding folders to favorite list:
1. From the "system shared folder" list (displayed below): you may click on any folder icon listed at the end of the system shared folders.
Note: if the shared folder is password protected, you must enter the correct password to view it (you may inquire the owner of the folder for the password).

2. Add directly: when a user within the system shares his personal mailbox and set it as not allowed for system display, you will not be able to see the folder in the "system shared folders". In this case, you have to add it to favorite by direct adding. But you must enter the user's name, the name of the folder and password.
Note: in the above two method, if the shared folders are not password protected, you do not need to enter anything for password.

Modify: when the password of the shared folders is modified by the owner, you may use the modify function to change the password of it, and it will only be accessible after modification.

POP Mail

If you had a Email address and it is still in use, you can setup "POP Mail" function, allow the system transfer the Email in other mailbox to itself.

Fill in your POP3 server name or address in "POP Server Address", for example "", then fill in your name and password of this server. If you don't konw which port of the server is used, please fill in "110".

Addresses denied by user

For addresses you do not wish to receive email from, you may add them to rejection list.

Advanced mail filtering function

Advanced mail filtering function helps you delete, auto-respond or recycle mails matching specified criteria ("From Address", "From Name", "Size" or "Subject").

This is useful for the ever increasing number of junk mails and other undesired mail. The order of each filter is very important. when the users receives a mail matching one filter, and the "treatment after matching" is abort, then the mail will not be filtered by following filters.

Startup Ralated Functions

Only after starting this function, the POP mail function, block mails function, auto-reply function, auto-deliver function could be used.

Account protection

To make you accessible to the system in case you forget the password, you need to write account protection information. When you access the mailbox through account protection question after you forget the password, please change your password immediately.

Sign Out

Please exit the mailbox by clicking "Sign Out", instead of directly closing the Explorer, then close all the Explorers, ensure the security of your mailbox.
